Email

The fastest and only way to reach FaceGrade is by email:

hello@aifacerater.online

Mail sent to any address at this domain lands in that same inbox. I aim to reply within a few days; if your message is about a bug, the more detail you include, the more likely the reply is a fix rather than questions.

What people usually write about

Something is broken
A score that will not compute, a face shape that is obviously wrong, the report download failing, or a page misbehaving on your device. Include your browser and OS version, and a screenshot if you can — it makes the report reproducible in minutes instead of days.
You disagree with a score
Tell me which metric looked off and why. The five measurements (symmetry, vertical thirds, golden ratio, canthal tilt, jaw) each have a documented method, and a photo taken at a slight angle or with a tilted eye line can legitimately skew one. Feedback about systematic bias in the weighting is genuinely read and has changed the model before.
Privacy or takedown requests
There is no photo storage and no user database, so there is normally nothing to delete — but if you have a specific concern (for example a Clarity session replay you want reviewed), write to the same address and it will be handled.
Business and press
Coverage, directory listings, tool comparisons or partnership questions. Note that the site carries no advertising and sells nothing yet, so most commercial pitches will get a short reply.

What to include for a bug report

  • Browser and version (for example Chrome 139 on Windows 11, or Safari on iPhone 13)
  • Which page you were on and what you expected versus what happened
  • Whether the photo was front-facing and well lit — the landmark model degrades on profile shots, and this explains most “impossible” scores
  • Console errors, if any (F12 → Console, screenshot is fine)

Before you write

The about page explains how the 1–10 score and its five metrics are computed, and the privacy policy covers what the site does and does not collect. Both answer most questions faster than email.
